DONS API : DONS is Samsung Futures ' proprietary API. It has the adequate structure for handling communication between Samsung Futures and a client. It is easy-to-develop and very much customizable according to various needs and demands of any customer.
FIX API : FIX API is one of most popular electronic trade APIs. It is adopted by many major financial firms and institutions around the world. Samsung Futures currently has version 4.1 of FIX API engine.
Bloomberg FOR : FOR stands for Futures Order Routing. It was originally developed by Bloomberg as one of many functions of Bloomberg terminal, for remote order execution and routing. Samsung Futures is one of few selected companies in Asia that is connected to Bloomberg FOR via FIX API. Although with limited functionality compared to other methods, this is almost a ready-made solution for a customer if you have Bloomberg terminal and look for a simple way to place order – setup and go.
