To open an account, you need following documentation;

• Opening Account Application Form (please contact International Sales & Trading Team to obtain the form).
• A photocopy of Investor Registration Certificate (IRC) issued by Ministry and Finance of Economy of Korea, with valid “ certified true copy ” stamp on it. If you do not have IRC, a copy of business registration document issued by a valid governmental authority can work as a substitution.
• Photocopy of valid personal ID of the person who execute the opening account application form, if you not to choose to appoint Samsung Futures as the proxy for opening the account on the opening account form.
• Standard Agreement for Futures & Options Account, executed.
• Standard Agreement for Transfer Transaction of Usable Securities, executed.
• Standard Agreement for Deposit and Withdrawal in Bank Account, executed.
