  Home > About Us > HistorySamsung Futures was originally established as First International Futures Inc. in 1992 as an outbound commodity FCM and taken over by Samsung Group in 1996. We acquired full approval in futures trading from the MoFE in 1998 and inaugurated domestic futures business in the following year. The shareholders' capital increased to KRW 25 billion in 1999 and has remained as such up to the present. |
